[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Albany, June 3. Arrived yesterday afternoon—P. and O. steamship Ravenna, with the English mail. Sydney, June 4. The steamship Albion, which returned to port with disabled machinery, resumed her voyage this morning for Wellington. Sailed, this afternoon—the U.S.S. Hauroto for Wellington.
In consequence of warnings which have been received by the authorities regarding projected attempts to destroy public buildings in this city, the City of Sydney will be strictly searched for explosives on arrival from Auckland.
