(reuter’s telegrams.) THE SOUTH AUSTRALIAN LOAN. London, May 20. For the South Australian Loan, the minimum of which was fixed at par, tenders at £lOO Is. 6d. will receive 14 per cent, of allotment. Tenders above that price in full. THE FRANCHISE BILL. In the House of Commons last night, the Franchise Reform Bill was again under discussion. During the debate an amendment was put, excluding the Irish electorates from operations. The bill was rejected by a large majority. THE HOMEWARD MAIL. The homeward mails, via Suez and Brindisi dated Melbourne April 10, were delivered yesterday.
