OTICE is hereby given that a Local -i-N Bill, presented by the Gisborne Harbor Board and Cook County Council, will be introduced during the ensuing Session of the General Assembly, which will provide for the reconstruction of the Gisborne Harbor Board, as agreed by the local bodies of the district in conference together. Should the approval of the Governor in be obtained, the same Bill will also vest Crown Lands in the Board as reconstituted as an endowment to enable a sum of money, not being more than £200,000, to be raised on the security of Debentures, Local Rates, or otherwise, for the construction of Harbour Works at the Port of Gisborne.
