The argument upon the rule nisi in the case of Captain Lockyer versus the Victorian Navigation Board, to prohibit the Board from enforcing the suspension of his certificate commenced to-day, but was adjourned until to-morrow. Adelaide, April 30. According to the estimate of the Adelaide Chamber of Commerce, the quantity of wheat available for export this season is 300,000 tons, whereof 135,000 tons have already been shipped, and 16,000 tons are now in course of shipment.
