Ter United Press Wellington April 28. Mr. T. Hill, of Opaki, Waharapa, who re. turned from Sydney last, night by the W&katipu. has brought with him the thoroughbred horse Lord Mandeville, who is by Yattendon out of Lady Constance, thus a full brother to the well-known racers Lord Burghley and Lord Lisgar. Mr. Hill intends to race Lord Mandeville next season. Mr. Hill while in Sydney also purchased a yearling by Goldsboro’ out of Lady Jet, but as the youngster is well engaged in Australia, he will not be shipped to New Zealand until he has fulfilled these.
