The steamer with the Health Officer will meet her at the Heads, with the object of ascertaining if it is necessary to quarantine the ship and passengers, in consequence of a case of small pox which occurred on board after leaving London. April 14. The steamship Rome, with the English mail, has arrived. The small-pox patient on board is Miss Kermode, of Tasmania. It is reported that another case has arisen among the passengers. Hobart, April 14. The steamship Tongariro, from London, arrived yesterday, and sailed again last night for Port Chalmers. Sir Julius Vogel is a passenger for New Zealand. His health is somewhat improved, but he is still an invalid.
