The Malagasy War.
BUPTUBE OF NEGOTIATIONS. Paris, April 9. In the Chamber of Deputies to-day, M. Jules Ferry announced that a complete rupture had occurred in the negotiations which had been proceeding with the Malagasy Government, and that it had, therefore, been decided by the French Government to extend the limit of territory occupied by the French troops, so as to include the north-western half of Mandalay (sic).
