Watts. TOWN DELIVERY. Mr. F. Parker has undertaken this delivery and will collect all Subscriptions for the same. Any orders given to him, or left at this office, will be promptly executed, and any mistakes as to delivery, or non-delivery by the runner-boys, rectified.
