[Reuters Telegrams.] Cairo, April 3. Latest despatches from Bouakim announce that Major-General Graham has left that place for this city. Detachments of Evelyn Wood’s force now stationed in Egypt have been ordered to proceed to Suakim to form a garrison to be kept at that port. London, April 5. In the House of Commons to-day the Marquis of Hartington, in reply to questions, stated that it is not intended to send British troops to Berber or Korthoum, but if General Gordon proved to be in jeopardy, the Government will order measures to be taken for his assistance. The Minister added that in his latest despatches General Gordon announced that he had altered his views in favor of the evacuation of Suakim.
