[by electric telegraph —COPYßlGHT.] [Reuter’s Telegrams.] Melbourne, March 5. It has transpired that the Navigation Board has written to the U.S.S. Co., requesting that they should arrange for the presence of witnesses at a Court of Inquiry into the circumstances attending the collision between the steamships Adelaide and Wairarapa which will be held here on the return of the latter vessel. Adelaide, March 5. Four more fires, which are declared to have been caused by incendiarism, broke out at Norwood during last night. They were all, however, extinguished before much damage was done.
