T\4"R- ROBERT WILLIAMS being about _I_VJL to proceed to England, TENDERS will be received by the undersigned up to FRIDAY, the 29tli instant, for the right of occupying, FOR GRAZING PURPOSES ONLY, for a term of 12 months — SECTION No. 5, Military Section, Ormond, containing 40 acres, now occupied by Mr. Williams, with small House erected thereon. This Section is securely fenced, and is bounded on one side by the Waipaoa River. Also, SECTION No. 34, Military Section, Ormond, containing 50 acres, lately the property of Mr. James Muilooly. This Section has a comfortable Dwelling-house erected thereon, also a good Stable and Stock-yard ; there is also a splendid stream running through the property.
