CLEMENTS V. NEAGLE. Claim, £l7 15s. Mr. Nolan for the plaintiff, and Mr. Rees for the defendant. Adjourned until Friday next. BILIIAM V. W. COOPER. Claim, £2. Judgment was given for the amount, and costs 7s. BAIRD V. AUSTIN. Claim, £ll 12s. 6d., for wages due and owing. Mr. Brassey appeared in support of the claim. Judgment for the amount, and costs £2 7s. PAGE V. F. FRANCIS. Claim, £25 15s. 9d., on a judgment summons. Ordered to pay the amount by weekly instalments of £3, the first payment to be made on Monday, March 3rd ; in default, 25 days’ imprisonment. The Court then adjourned.
