Correspondence specially so addressed and prepaid the Brindisi rates of postage, via., elghtpenoe per half-mince, «d!1 be forwarded bv every steamer. This mail will be due In London on April 15th. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America, the West Indies (via San Francisco), also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, the 29th February, at 3 p.m. Money orders mav be obtained and letter, registered until 2 pm. some day.
