The latest intelligence from Souakim states that five of the garrison who lately evacuated Sinkat after the destruction of the forces commanded by Tewfik Bay, have arrived at Souakim, accompanied by several women. Their statements fully confirm the account of the fall of Sinkat previously reported. Hong Kong, Feb. 14.
