Will sell by Public Auction, at their Mart, on FRIDAY, 7th day of March, 1884, at 2 p.m., by instructions from the Administratrix in the above Estate, THE UNDER-MENTIONED PROPERTIES:— SUB-SECTION 1 and 2 of Section 181, and Bub-section 3 of Section 134, containing 2a. 2r. 9p., with two houses thereon, in the Township of Gisborne. GOODWILL OF LEASE in Borough Reserves, Patutahi, Section 118, 1,000 acres. About 18 years of term unexpired. AND SECTION 88, PATUTAHI SURVEY DISTRICT, containing 300 acres. This land is held under the DeferredPayment System, and is subject to the •conditions of the “ Land Act, 1877,” and Amendments.
