In the House of Commons yesterday, Sir Stafford Northcote moved that Mr. Bradlaugh be excluded from the House and from the precincts of the place, and the motion was adopted by a large majority, Mr. Bradlaugh was present and voted with the minority. The cargo of frozen mutton by the s.s. Liguria, from Melbourne (Dec. 28), comprising 4,330 carcases, has arrived here in good condition. The first portion was placed on the market to-day, and fetched s|d. per pound. The wool-market continues quiet. The new arrivals to date for the next auctions amount to 310,000 bales. Calcutta, Feb. 12. The official list of awards in the International Exhibition has been published. To the Colonial exhibitors the following gold medals were awarded Victoria, 6 ; South Australia, 3 ; Tasmania, 4; New South Wales, 1, The silver medals awarded are as follows :—Victoria, 12 ; South Australia, 1; Tasmania, 6 ; New South Wales, 7. Hong Kong, Feb, 12. A number of anti-Christian riot# have occurred in different parts of China, in which two hundred Christians have been massacred. Several mission stations were also totally destroyed during the riots, Cairo, Feb. 12. Telegrams came to hand this afternoon from Souakim announcing that Binkat, the town that had been besieged by the rebels for several weeks, has fallen. The Governor (Tewfik Bey) ordered all the forts to be exploded (?) and the guns spiked, and when this work had been completed yesterday, he made a sally from the place with his garrison, nv nbering 600 men. They were met outside the town by an overwhelming force of rebels, who showed no mercy, and massacred the whole of their victhus. The latter were reduced to starvation before they sallied from Binkat.
