Claim, £2O Bs. 3d; Judgment confessed: Mr. Brassey applied for costs in this case oh account of judgment ntit having been con* fessed until 4 o’clock yesterday, and of which he had received no notice. Costs allowed, £2 12s. The Court then adjourned;
