COOK COUNTY. is hereby given that It It the intention of the Cook County Council to divert a portion of the Gitborue-Walroa Road, and for that purpose to oloie a portion of the .aid road lying between Section* 67 and 126, and Section 90, Patutahi Survey District, and to exchange with the owner! of the adjoining .action, the land taken for a road, and that now cloud, Dzscbiption or thb Road to bb Closxd and or tub Land to u Exohanobd. All that parcel of land In our Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods and 19 perches, more or leu, situated in the Patutahi Survey District, in Cook County, and being a line oi road 100 links wide, lying between Sections Nos. 87 and 126, and Section No. 90. Commencing on the South-eastern boundary oi Section 126, at a distance of 670 links, or thereabouts, from its South-eastern angle. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention oi the Cook County Council to stop certain parts of the Gisborne-Wairoa Road near Section. 109,111,112,103, 102, and 89, and to open a new line of road near such stopped portion., and to exchange with the owners of the adjacent lands the land at present known as the Public Road, as herein after described. Plans of the proposed deviation of this line of road, and of the land proposed to bo ex t changed, are on view at the office of the Cook County Council, Lowe Strut, Gisborne.
