CONDITIONS I No person allowed to enter a horse the property of another person, unless both be a subscriber of at least £1 to the raoe-iund, Hacks excepted, No entry will be received for any race, except upon the conditions that all claim*, disputes. and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decielon upon all pointe shall be final, AU protests to be accompanied with the deposit of £2, to be forfeited if the protest is considered frivolous. Two horses to start in each race or only hall the money will be given. Hack shall mean a horse that has never started in a weight for age or handicap race of the value of £5. Nominations for Hurdle Bace and Waiapu Handicap to be in the hands of the Secretary, together with entranoe-fee, not later than 8 p.m. on the evening of the Bth Feb. Nominations must contain the name, age, description, and pedigree (if known) of the horse, and colours of the rider. AU nominations must be under sealed cover, addressed to the Secretary of the Waiapu Race Club, Waipiro, and endorsed entry for Waiapu Races. No delayed nominations will be received. Weights to be declared on February 22nd, Acceptances to close on 7th March, night of general entry. All races run under the Poverty Bay Jockey Club rules and weights. J. A.
