There are only three entries for the Champion Schooner Race at the regatta—Louie, Fanny Thornton, and Cygnett. L. D. Nathan and Co., owners of the Sybil, refused to allow the captain to compete. Arrived— Clansman, from Rockhampton. Planter, tram Dunedin, Bailed—Hawea, for South, Passengers—Mcsdames Campbell, Brown, Httbrington, Arthur, Stark, Miss Remington, Dr Campbell, Professor Brown, Messrs Don Caltes, Bull. Earl, Millar, Goodson, Johnson, Simpson, Miller, Way, Tje, and Arthur ; and twenty Iteerage.
