County Council Notices, COOK COUNTY. “VTOTICE fa hereby given that it ii the - intention of the Cook County Council to stop certain parts of the Qisborne-Wairoa Road near Sections 109, 111, 112,103,102, and 99, and to open a new line of road near such stopped portions, and to exchange with the owners of the adjaceut lands the land at present known as the Public Road, as herein after described. Plans of the proposed deviation of this line of road, and of the land proposed to be ex. changed, are on view at the office of the Cook County Council, Lowe Street, Gisborne. Any objections to this proposal are to be sent to the office of the Council, Gisborne, not later than 15th February, 1884, Description of Road Proposed to be Stopped, and op Land to bb Exchanged. All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, 2 roods, and 20 perches, 1 acre, S roods, and 82 perches, and 1 acre, 2 roods, and 24 perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Patutahi Road District; Blocks VI. and VII., Patutahi Survey District, and being portions of a road-line 100 links wide, lying between Allotments Not. 109, 111 and 112, and 103, 102 and 99. Portion containing 3 acred; 2 roods, and 20 perches, bounded towards the north by a line 3809 links, towards the oast by a line 123 links; and towards the south by lines 3175 links and 530 links; respectively, to the comtnencing.polnt. Portion contaiuing 1 acre, 2 roods, and 82 perches, bounded towards the north-west by a line 1392 links, towards the north-east by a line 175 links; towards the south-east by lines 140 links, 1404 links, and 150 links, and towards the west by a line 123 links, Nspectively, to the oommenoing-point; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
