TRUST COMMISSIONER’S COURT.

(Before Jas. Booth, Esq., T.C.) Allotment 252, Township or Gisbobne. N. Nolan made application for certificate to a deed of transfer of section 252 of the township of Gisborne from Kate Gannon to F. Dufaur. There being no objectors, certificate will be attached. Mahanga No. 1. Thia was a deed of transfer from Haimi te Raerere to P. Cooper. On the application of Mr. Kenny, his Honor adjourned this case until the 21st instant. Mungebaba, 7 Aches. In this case Mr. Brassey made application for certificate to a deed of lease of uie above block from Hera Rangiera and Kerenai Rahul to W. Webster Brown. Mr. Ferris gave evidence on oath that he, being Government Valuator for the district, knew the land in question, and the consideration stated in the deed was a fair value. In his capacity of valuator he would not put more than £3 per acre on the land. There being no objectors, his Honor will affix his certificate next Monday. Pukepapa Block. Deed of transfer from Kiria to W. L. Rees. Owing to the absence of Mr. Rees, the hearing of this case was adjourned until next Monday. The Court then adjourned.
