All those parcels of laud in the Provincial District of Auckland, iu the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, 2 roods, and 20 perches, 1 acre, 2 roods, and 32 perches, and 1 acre, 2 roods, and 24 perches, respectively, more or less, situated iu the Patutahi Road District; Blocks VI. and VII., Patutahi Survey District, and being portions uf a road-line 100 links wide, lyiug between Allotments Nos, 109, 111 and 112, and 103, 102 and 99. Portiou containing 3 acres, 2 roods, and 20 perches, bounded towards the north by a line 3809 links, towards the east by a line 123 links, and towards the south by lines 3175 links and 530 links, respectively, to the commencing point. Description of the Road to be Closed AND OF THE LAND TO BE EXCHANGED. All that parcel of land in our Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods and J 9 perches, more or less, situated iu the.Patutahi Survey District, in Cuok County, and being a line of road 100 links wide, lying between Sections Nos. 87 and 126, and Section No. 90. Commencing on the South-eastern boundary of Section 126, at a distance of 670 links, or thereabouts, from its South-eastern angle.
