( is hereby given that it is the intention of the Cook County Council to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1882, for the purpose of making a deviation in the line of Gisborn-Wahoa Road, Patutahi, ths lands 8 hereinafter described. Blocks VI, and VII. Patutahi Survey Dis trict, and being road-lines 100 links wide, traversing sections Nos, 103, 102, and 112. Portion traversing Lota 103 and 102, containg 3 acres 3 roods,-.Bounded towards the North by lines 510 links, 1116 links, 440'8 links, 904’8 links, 771’8 links, and 128 links respectively i and towards the South generally by lines 130 links, 828'2 links, 916'2 links, 462 '7 links, and 1641'7 links respectively to the commencing-point. Portion traversing Lot 112, containing 1 acre and 3 roods,—Bounded towards the North-west and North generally by lines 104 links, 852'1 links, 728'6 links, and 175 links, respectively, and towards the Southeast generally by lines 175 links. 880-4 links, 807'9 links, and 123 links respectively, to the oommencing-point.
