The moat auocesaful application for the deatruotion of Tick, Scab, or Lioe one dipping only being necesaary for Tick or Lice, SOLUBLE IN COLD WATER. Thia Specific doea not stain the Wool, it Increases she Weight of the Fleece, the Quality Of ths Wool, and improves the Health of the Sheep treated with It, and in the Auction Boom a higher price is obtained for the Wool, through its superior “ handling ” over that of sheep dipped with any other composition. The introduction of Carboliaing into its composition cannot be too highly estimated. It ia an extra active agent, powerful in arresting any tendency to scab, and, as a disinfectant, of course stands pre-eminent. At the same time, it promotes the health of the Sheep and stimulates the growth of Wool—the quality of which it improves so materially that tnstanrea can be adduced where as much as three-pence a pound has been obtained for Wool where this Specific was used over that where other Dips were applied. As a remedy for Scab or Tick, this Dip has become celebrated, and has established itself as by far the cheapest and most successful Specific known. h Chve should be taken that the Composition is thoroughly dissolved, which is easily done y stirring well in a small quantity of water before adding the bulk. If the water used be Xird or brakiah, a little soda or potash may be added before dissolving the Composition. For the cure of Tick, Lice, or Fly, one dipping in a solution made in the proportion of One Ponrd to Fifteen Gallons, and prepared as above, will be found thoroughly efficacious.
