The introduction of Cartelising into its composition cannot bo too highly estimated. It Is an extra active agent, powerful in arresting any tendency to scab, and, as a disinfectant, of course stands pre-eminent. At the same time, it promotes the health of the Sheep and stimulates the growth of Wool—the quality of which it improves so materially that instances can be adduced where as much as three-pence a pound has been obtained for Wool where this Specific was used over that where other Dips were applied. As a remedy for Scab or Tick, this Dip has become celebrated, and has established itself as by far the cheapest and most successful Specific known. . If the water used be hard or brakieh, a little soda or potash may be added before dissolving the Composition.
