COOK COUNTY. ia herby given that it is the intention of the Cook County Council to stop certain parts of the Gisborne-Wairoa Road, near sections 109, 111, 112. 103, 102, and 99, and to open a new line of road near such stopped portions, and to exchange with the owners of the adjacent lands the land at present known as the Public Road } as hereinafter described, Plans of the proposed deviations of this line of road, and of the land proposed to be exchanged, are on view at the office of the Cook County Council, Lowe Street, Gisborne. Any objections to this proposal are to be sent to the office of the Council, Gisborne, not later than the 15th February, 1884. Description or Road Proposed to be Stopped, and of Land to be Exchanged. All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods and 20 perches, and 1 acre 2 roods and 32 perches, and 1 acre 2 roods and 24 perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Patutahi Road District, Blocks VI. and VII., Patutahi Survey District, and being portions of a road-line 100 links wide, lying between allotments Nos. 109, 111, and 112, and 103, 102, and 99. Portion containing 3 acres 2 roods and 20 perches. Bounded towards the North by a line 3,809 links; towards the East by a line 123 links; and towards the South by lines 3,175 links and 530 links, respectively, to the oommencing-point. Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods and 32 perches. Bounded towards the North-west by a line 1,392 links ; towards the North east by a line 175 links; towards the South-east by lines 140 links, 1,404 links, and 150 links, and towards the West by a line 123 links, respectively, to the commencing-point, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods and 24 porches, Bounded towards the North by a line, 75 links, towards the East by a line 79’4 links, towards the South-east generally by lines 190 links, 510 links, 870'9 links, 355’1 links, and 60 links, respectively, and towards the South-westby a line 1970 links to the commencing-point, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less as the same is delineated on Plan No. 3168, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland, and the office of the Patutahi Road Board, JOHN WARREN, County Clerk. OTICE is hereby given that It is the intention of the Cook County Council to take certain lands, hereinafter described, for the purpose ot altering the line of the Gisborne-Wairoa Public Road at Patutahi. All persons affected by such works, and the taking of such land, are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections they may have, and send such writing to the office of the Cook County Council, Lowe Street, Gisborne, within forty days from this date. Description of Land. All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods and 36 perches, and 1 acre 1 rood and B’2 perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Patutahi Survey District, in the Cook County, and being lines of road each 100 links wide, traversing the western portion of Section No. 90, Block No. 4. Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods, and 36 perches : commencing on the Eastern side of the road which forms the Western boundary of Section 90, at a point on the same 5,590 links, or thereabouts, from its Northernmost angle.
