Sir, —The state of the water-table on the souv iern side of the Gladstone Road is a disgrace to the Borough Council Public Works Committee. There is no outlet for the water, which becomes stagnant, and when the summer sets in thoroughly the vapour arising must naturally be injurious to Health, surely something might be done in this matted —£ &c., One Interested.
