The further hearing uf the abovj# block was resumed un Tuesday morning/ Tipora Tuwahio continued his evidence in support uf his claim, on the termination of winch he underwent a lengthy examination by Wi Pere, which occupied the whole of the d-iy. The hearing of the block again occupied the whole of yesterday.
