All entries for the Handicaps and Maiden Race are required to be directed to the Secretaries, and delivered at the Masonic Hotel before 8 p.m. on Saturday, November 24th. Entrance money to be enclosed with each nomination, and description of colors to be worn by the competitors (boys excepted) must also be forwarded. The decision of the Judges and Referee to be final in every instance. In all cases there are to be three competitors or no event. The first race to start ot 11 a.m. sharp, and the other events at intervals to be announced on the ground.

The Committee reserve to themselves the right of altering and amending the Programme. It is intended that all the prizes shall be presented to the winners in the evening at McFarlane’s Hall, on which occasion there will be held a Musical Entertainment m aid of the Hospital Funds.
