And for the purpose of making this deviation of the line of.road wilFtake the required land from sections 59, 'OOj'andj 61, as delineated on plans to be seen at the office of the Council, Gladstone Road, Gaborne. 61, Block 9, Waimata Survey District, and to provide in lieu of such road to be stopped a road through the above sections as before described. Any person having any objection to the proposed stoppage is required to make inch objection, in writing, within 8 weeks from the date of this notice.
