(Before J. Booth Esq., R.M.) THURSDAY. Drunkenness. James Hoyte wa* broug t up charged with the above offence, and was fined os, or in default 24 hours. FRIDAY. Mogripgk V J. T. Cp.awford. Claim £2 L>s for printing and advertising. Mr Kenny for plaintiff. Judgment for amount aud costs. Discount Company y Holland. This was a judgment summon for £34 19s 4d. Mr 11. E. Kenny and Mr Cruft appeared for tue Company Ordered to pay the amount and costs at £4 per month, or in default 30 days’ imprisonment. J. Wakren v. Thomas Wright. Claim, £2 15s for rates. Judgment for amount and costs, £2 t-> be paid in 2 weeks, and the balance in one month. In default 14 day’s iu-prisonm- nt, Mr Boo«h informed the Court that he should not hold the ordinary Trust Comrnis si oner’s Court next Monday. The n»«xt meet mg will be held on Monday, the 29th inst.
