Judgment for amount and costs, £2 t-> be paid in 2 weeks, and the balance in one month. In default 14 day’s iu-prisonm- nt, Mr Boo«h informed the Court that he should not hold the ordinary Trust Comrnis si oner’s Court next Monday.
