COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. l> hereby given that the Cook County Counoil propose to liter the line of main road, extending from a point at the angle of road in Section 59, Block 9, Web mata survey district, to the eastern boundary of Section 61, of the eatne block. And for the purpoee of mailing thia deviation of the line of road will take the required land from sections 50, 60 and 61, aa delineated on plans to bs seen at the office of the Council, Gladstone road, Giaborne. All paraone affected by these elteratione are required, within 40 days from the date heteof, to set forthj’in writing any objections they may have to the proposed deviation of the line of road. And further -notice is given that the Cook County Council propose to stop tha original line of road forming the South Eastern boundaries of Sections 59, 60 and 61, Block 9,’Waimata Survey District, and to provide in lieu of such road to be stopped a road through the above sections as before described. Any person having any objection to the proposed stoppage is required to make such objection, in writing, within 8 weeks from the date'of this notice.
