COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. ■pQ'OTICE is hereby given that the Cook County Council propose to alter the line of main road, extending from a point at the angle ol road in Section 59, Block 9, Wai* meta survey district, to the eastern boundary of Section 61, of the uma block. And for the purpose of making this deviation of the line of road will take th. required land from section, 69, 60 and 61, a, delineated on plans to be seen at the office of the Council, Gladstone road, Gisborne, All persons affected by these alterations ar. required, within 40 days from th. date hereof, to set forth in writing any objections they may have to the proposed deviation of the line of road. And further notice is given that the Cook County Connoil propose to stop the original line of road forming the South Eastern boundaries of Sections 59, 60 and 61, Block 9, Waimata Survey District, and to provide in lieu of such road to be stopped a road through the above sections as before described. Any person having any objection to the proposed stoppage is required to make suoh objection, in writing, within 8 weeks from the date of this notice.
