(Before J. Booth Esq., R.M., and Native Assessor). Tuesday. Webb v. Pabu.—Adjourned for one week. Cooper v. Pirihi Tute.—Mr Kenny for plaintiff. Claim £6l 15s. Judment for amount and costs, £5. Lewis v. Ross. —Claim £26 9s 6d. Judgment for amount and costs. Smith v. Write.—Mr Kenny for plaintiff, and Mr Brasscy for defendant. Adjourned for three weeks. Maher v. Sinstbvm,—Claim £1 4s. Judgment for amount and costs, Mulloot.y v. Cooper.—Mr Finn asked for leave to withdraw. Granted. Spearman v, C, Lewis—Claim £6, for wages. Mr Nolan for plaintiff and Mr Brassey for defendant. After much evidence was taken His Worship gave judgment for L 3 15s, with costs L2 9s. Yesterday, Larceny as a Bailee. Hohoa Parehokai was charged on the information of Earnest E. Knight, that he did on the 16th day of June last, as bailee of an entire bay geilding, branded N P (conoined) fraudulently convert to his own use 'jy selling the said horse to the informant. Mr Turton appeared on behalf of the accused. Evidence was being taken all day yesterday, and has not yet finished,
