To be Observed at the Forthcoming Snow, All entries for the furthcoming Show to be sent in, properly described and classed (including hacks and leaping), to the Secretary, addressed Masonic Hotel, not later than Tuest day, 16th October, at 8 p.m. Intending exhibitors are requested io procure the neces*sary cards from the Secretary, for the purpose of enabling him to compile the catalogue. All the exhibits shall be delivered at the appointed place at or before 9 a.m. on the day of the Show, eicept Ehtriei, which may be admitted not later than 12 o’clock, and shall not leave the yards until 4 o’clock on the day of the Show. The price at which exhibitors will sell each exhibit may be stated by the exhibitor when making the entry, ana uuch price will be marked in the catalogue. Applications to purchase exhibits at the price named in the catalogue nuy be lodged with the Secretary up to 2 p.m on the day of Show, and exhibits will at that time be sold on payment of the purchase money to the Secretary ; provided that in case of more than one application the exhibit will be sold by public auction, immediately after 2.30 a.m ,to the highest bidder. After 2.30 pm. all exhibits not previously applied for will be sold to first person depositing the price thereof with the Secretary. In all cases five p-r cent., will be deducted from the amount paid to the seller, which will go to the funds of the Association. Cards will be delivered to the person making enquiry, with a number thereon, to be attac'-ed toaoonspicious place on the exhibit. All Hacks entered in any of the classes snail be ridden before the Judges if required. All owners of Bulls and Entire Horses shall take charge of them personally or by deputy throughout the proceedings.
