WA RENGA-A-HIKA JOCKEY CLUB.

The tenders for advertis ng and printing were then opened. Mr Maynard proposed, and Mr Cooper seconded, that the Her Id’s tender being the lowest be accepted - Carried. Programme. Mr Bloomfield proposed, and Mr Page seconded, that the programme be accepted and priuted. CoRREHt’ONDESCE. The Secretary then read a letter, a copy of which had. in accordance with a resolution passed at the last meeting, been for* warded to Mr M. H. Smith, conveying the sincere thanks of the Committee to that gentleman for his energetic and untiring zeal whilst acting in the capacity of bon. Secretary to the Club. The Secretary next stated that Mr Crawford had agreed to act as judge, Mr Winter as starter, and Mr Pritchard us Clerk of the course. . . It was resolved that the disqualification of D. Mullins and the horse, Pathfinder (late Joker) be .endorsed, It whs also resolv«-d that all second horses (including handitmp races) save their stakes. It was further resolved that all nominations be in by November 24, and acceptances to be out on December 15. The Secretary was instructed to call for tenders for 20 Hue gum hurdles. TO ALIBATOR. The Secretary said he had spoken to Mr Dufaur about the To'nlisator, but hud not received u definite reply. The next, m eting will be held on Saturday, the 24th of November, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of receiving nominations.
