A portion of the Building will be devoted exclusively for Juvenile Exhibitors. At the conclusion of the Exhibition, an Art Union will take place, paruouluis of which will hereafter be published. In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and the various Acts amendments the same, and in the matter of the petition of William I’eat and William Arhton Fhiar, trading its “ Teat and Friar,” of the district of Poverty Bay, Storekeepers Thursday, the twenty-seventh day of September, 1883 UPON hearing Mr Rees, of Counsel fo the above-num d Petitioners, and u;>on hearing the evidence of William Ashton Friar, one of the alxive named Petitioners, and upon reading the petition filed heiein, with the affidavit of the above-named pedrioners thereto attached, and the two several affidavits of ElliotfGruner, respectively sworn and filed herein, and upon hearing Mr Brassey, of couns*! for the Robert Cooper petitioned against in the said petition, who offered no oppo-ition and offered no evidence, it is ordered that the prayer of the said petition—that the said Robert Cooper be declared and adjudicated a bankrupt—be granted, and the said Robert Cooper is hereby declared and adjudicated a bankrupt within the meaning of the Debtors and Credi'ors Act, 1876 and amendments thereto, and it is further ordered that the said Robert Cooper do, on Thursday, the fourth day of October next ensuing, at the hour of half-past two o’clock in the afternoon, app« ar before this honorable Court, at t he office of the Kegisi rar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington District, at. the Courthouse, Gisborne, and submit to be examined from time to time as provided by the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, and Amendments thereto.
