Sir, —In your issue of Thursday re Harbor Board meeting, you state “ the new members Messrs Kenny and Joyce then made the formal declaration and took their seats at the Board, His Worship remarking that he had great pleasure in welcoming Mr Kenny there.” Surely he might have the common courtesy to treat them both alike, as Mr Joyce represents the ratepayers in a similar manner to Mr Kenny, although Mr Brown may not have comprehended such.—l am, &c., Ratepayer.
