Passengers—Messrs Davis, Forster, Smith and Whitaker. DEPARTURES. September, 14th—Tarawera for South, Passengers— Messrs Morris and Karatiani. The Southern Cross arrived in the Bay yesterday afternoon from Auckland. She took her departure the same day for Napier and Southern Ports, She took no passengers. The Tarawera arrived in the Bay last evening about half-past 5, with a general cargo, from Auckland. She sailed late the same night for Melbourne and Southern ports.
