To the Burgesses of the Borough of Gisborne, ADIE IS AND GENTLEMEN.—Having responded, to a Requisition from several of you, by allowing myself to be nominated for the office of Borough Councillor, I now respectfully solicit your votes,’and if elected I shall fa ithfully and impartially, to the best of my ability, further your especial interests and the public’s generally.
