GAS COMPANY.
The Provisional Directors of the above Company held a meeting at Mr F. J. Piesse’s office, on Tuesday night last. The incoming and outgoing correspondence was read. The plans for the Company’s works at the foot of Grey Street were received and accepted. The articles of association were read and adopted, and it was further agreed that the Company should be at once registered. This concluded the business.
