Captain Winter remarked that he was pleased to see the corps in such a good monetary position, and moved the adoption of the balance-sheet. Lieut. Boylan seconded the motion, which was carried with applause. Gunner Willoughby proposed, and Gunner Steele seconded, a vote of thanks to the Officers and Finance Committee for bringing the corps to such a flourishing state which, was also unanimously carried. Captain Winter thanked the men for their vote of thanks, and assured them that he and the Finance Committe would do their best for the interests of the corps in the future as in the past.
