This mail will be due in London on the 24th kept, 1883. A steamer of the Peninsular and oriental line leaves Melbourne on Aug. 28th. Correspondence specially so addressed and prepaid the Brindisi rates of postage, vie., aightpence per half-ounce, will be forwarded by every opportunity.
