By-law 3 Regulates the conduct of persona trading aa’.pcdlara or hawkers and fixes the License Fees to be paid. By-law 4—la to regulate the conduct of Pounds and Poundkeepera ; fixes the fees to be paid, and provides for the due preservation of cattle impounded. By-law s—Provides that certain Drays shall only carry a limited weight. By-law 6—Provides that Pigs and Goats shall not be allowed to stray upon the County Roads.
