The SUBDIVISION SECTION, No. 20, Pouawa Block, containing 386 acres land, well known as Macildowie’s land. The section is an exceedingly fine piece of land, about 200 acres cleared, the remainder mixed useful bush, soil very superior, a large portion flat land, and all well watered. In consequence of thd scarcity of Timber in the Gisborne District, the Timber on this Section will soon be of much value. The land is situated about 10 miles from Gisborne, and a mile and a half from the beach, where goods can be landed.
