In consequence of the scarcity of Timber in the Gisborne District, the Timber on this Section will soon be of much value. The land is situated about 10 miles from Gisborne, and a mile and a half from the bea-ch, where goods can be landed. The Government Inland Main Road from Gisborne to Tologa Baj’ passes thiough this section. The Auctioneers confidently recommend this land to the notice of intending settlers.
