Mr Rowley’s tender for the erection of two cottages advertised by Mr Finneran and which closed yesterday, was accepted. The amount of the tender being £3B ss, labor only. The Waerenga-a-hika Store is now fully prepared to satisfy the demands of the surrounding residents. Mr R. Colebrook the proprietor, asks his friends to call in and see for themselves. His stock is replete and deserves the support which he asks. Try him. Through the courtsey of Mr A. G. Croll we have received a copy of the “ Growers Guide.” It is full of valuable inforn ation, and would prove of great use to anyoi e who is in this line. It is for the current month and information of the latest seeds, plants &c., with their prices can be obtained on i reference to this sheet.
