April 10. The death is announced of Sir Geo, Alfred Arney, late Chief Justice of New Zealand, The Government Bill for the suppression of dynamite explosions and manufactures of explosives passed through both House* of Parliament last night. The frozen mutton In th* Ship Dunedin, which arrived from Port Chalmer*, arrived in excellent condition. A portion of the cargo was placed on the market to-day, and realised 7d per lb. In consequence of the alarm which prevails as to Fenian outrages in London, additional troop* are being aent to the Metropolitan Barrack*, and the guards at the public buildings are being further increased. _ OTTAWA, April 10. A report is current of an intended Fenian outrage in this city. Considerable alarm ha* been created.
