BY ELECTRIC [Reuter’s Telegrams.] LONDON, April 6. A serious explosion was caused by the accidental disc harge of a quantity of dynamite, which was being used for blasting purposes, and caused the death of 40 men who were working near the scene of the explosion. ST. PETERSBURG, April 6. Further intelligence to hand from Moscow denies tho truth of the statement current that a mine has been discovered in that city.
